10.44.130 Impairing operation of mechanical gates controlling municipal parking lots. It is unlawful for any person to deface, injure, tamper with, or wilfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness or normal operation of any mechanical gate, or its appurtenances, which control ingress to and egress from any municipal parking lot.
