5.20.110 Duration-Renewal-Not transferable. The license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be issued for a period of three months and shall date from the expiration of the last license or from the date on which the applicant commenced business; provided, however, that no additional affidavit or certificate shall be required for renewals. A license issued pursuant to this article is not transferable. (Prior code § 8.02.011)
