§ 4-205 Supervision of management activities of developers. The commissioner of citywide administrative services or, when designated by the mayor, the commissioner of design and construction, shall supervise the management activities of any party to a contract with the city which requires such party to develop any real property in accordance with the terms of such contract, in any case where such contract provides that the commissioner shall exercise such supervision.
