No. 1603-A By Council Members Levine, Kallos, Lander, Constantinides, Rosenthal, Ayala, Louis, Chin, Barron, Eugene, Rivera and Adams A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the use of certain credit information in the rental or leasing of affordable units by a developer Be it enacted by the Council as follows: * * * [Consolidated provisions are not included in this Appendix A] * * * § 3. This local law takes effect one year after it becomes law and shall only apply to the receipt of city financial assistance after such effective date, except that the department may take such measures as are necessary for the implementation of this local law, including the promulgation of rules, before such date.
