Sec. 1.1. Short Title. This Code, which consists of administrative and procedural ordinances of the City, shall be known as the “Los Angeles Administrative Code.” It shall be sufficient to designate any ordinance adding to or amending said Code as an addition or amendment to or repeal of a section of the Los Angeles Administrative Code.
