§ 167.35 Record Keeping. The operator shall keep and maintain a log book of daily bathers using the beach, number of lifeguards on duty, weather conditions, water clarity, results of any water quality laboratory results and reports, and any reported rescues, injuries and illnesses. Copies of records shall be submitted to the Department on a monthly basis. The records shall be maintained at the facility for 12 months.
