9-64-230 Standing or parking violations punishable by fine. The violation of any provision of the traffic code prohibiting or restricting vehicular standing or parking shall be a civil offense punishable by fine, and no criminal penalty, or civil sanction other than that prescribed in this Code, shall be imposed.
