§ 18-171 Signs regarding dog waste removal. The commissioner shall, to the extent practicable in consideration of the local geography, conspicuously post signs regarding dog waste removal at the entryways of each park and dog run within the jurisdiction of the department. Each sign required under this section shall summarize the department’s rule requiring a person in custody or control of a dog to promptly remove and dispose of any feces left by such dog in such park or dog run.
