9-114-270 Specifications. (a) No vehicles having a manufacturer's rated seating capacity of ten or more persons, including the driver, shall be licensed as liveries. (b) No livery vehicle shall be licensed as a public passenger vehicle unless it has two doors on each side and meets applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for vehicles of its size, type and proposed use.
