7-36-090 Toy defined. (a) For the purpose of this ordinance, a toy is defined as any article that is primarily intended for recreational use by children under the age of 15 years. This ordinance shall specifically exempt hobbies, crafts, sporting equipment and games. (Prior code § 100.1-9)
