§ 68-08 Failure to Prosecute by the Commission. (a) If the Commission fails to request a hearing within one year from the date of the summons, the charges will be withdrawn. (b) If the Chairperson fails to make a determination after receiving a Recommended Decision within 120 calendar days of the date of receipt of the Recommended Decision, the charges will be dismissed.
