4-360-060 Corporate applicant qualifications. Each corporate applicant for a Navy Pier license shall be qualified to do business under the laws of the State of Illinois. The fee for a Navy Pier license shall be as set forth in Section 4-5-010. Applications for a license under this chapter shall be made in March of each year. (Added Coun.
