Baltimore City Code, Article 31, § 37-1 General fine.

§ 37-1. General fine. Any person violating any provision or regulation of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined a sum not exceeding $100 for each and every offense, except where another penalty is specified. (Ord. 74-768; Ord. 08-139.)
