in effect§ 62-03 Sale or Transfers of Property.
For purposes of determining whether a residential condominium dwelling unit or residential cooperative dwelling unit constitutes excluded property, as defined in § 11-3201 of the Administrative Code, the date of sale of a residential condominium dwelling unit, or a transfer of an economic interest in a residential cooperative dwelling unit, is the date of:
(a) conveyance of a deed for such residential condominium dwelling unit; or
(b) transfer of an economic interest in such residential condominium dwelling unit or such residential cooperative dwelling unit.
