9-103-160 Violation - Penalty. Any licensee who violates this chapter or any rule promulgated hereunder shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500.00 and not more than $10,000.00 for each such violation. Each day that any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense. (Added Coun. J. 10-14-21, p. 37486, § 1)
