18.24.120 Deferral of fees. The city council, by resolution, may establish policies, guidelines and procedures regarding the deferral or other adjustment of the time in which the fees established under this chapter must be paid. The policies, guidelines, and procedures shall be subject to annual review and adjustment to assure that funds are available to construct or acquire public infrastructure in a timely manner pursuant to the North Natomas finance plan and to promote fairness and equity relating to such deferrals and adjustments.
