Sec. 8.253. Cooperation - Implementation. All Departments, employees and officers of the City of Los Angeles shall cooperate to the fullest extent with the Department, provided, however, that no Department or officer shall be required to do anything in this connection which would conflict with the duties of that Department or person as established by the Charter or other applicable law.
