§ 106-614.  Violation a misdemeanor. Any person who violates any provision of this Article or any rule or regulation of the Board of Agriculture promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.  In case of a continuing violation or violations, each day and each violation occurring constitutes a separate and distinct offense.
