10-28-598 Alcoholic beverage service - Requirements. If a permittee serves alcoholic liquor at the Outdoor Dining Street, the permittee shall be licensed under this Code for such sales. Neither BYOB, as defined in Section 4-58-010, nor any other system for alcoholic beverages supplied by the customer or by any person other than the permittee shall be allowed at Outdoor Dining Streets.
