Sec. 11.27.20.6. Effect of Provisions of Article on Validity of Sale of the Bonds; Severability. The provisions of this article are directory only and any failure to comply with them or any departure from them shall not affect the validity of any Bonds issued hereunder or the indebtedness or obligation of the City created thereby. If any portion of this article is declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable, then such portion or provision shall be deeded to be severable from this article, and such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remained hereof.
