4-156-090 Raffles - Prizes - Fees. The maximum cash prize awarded in any raffle shall be $2,000,000.00; the maximum retail value of a non-cash prize awarded in any raffle shall be $100,000.00. The aggregate value of all prizes awarded in any raffle shall not exceed $4,000,000.00.
