SEC. 57.5003.2.10. REPAIR OF UNDERGROUND TANKS. Underground tanks may be repaired in a method approved by the Chief and in accordance with the following provisions: 1. Before such repair, a soils investigation shall be conducted to determine if an unauthorized release has occurred. 2. A permit shall be issued in accordance with Section 57.105.7. 3. After such repair, the tank shall be tested in a method approved by the Chief.
