§ 11-04 Designation of Hearing Officer. The Board shall designate, at its sole discretion, one or more hearing officers to preside over cases pursuant to this chapter. The designated hearing officer(s) shall be: (i) one or more members of the Board; (ii) another person or persons assigned by the Board; or (iii) the chief administrative law judge of OATH or such administrative law judge as the chief administrative law judge may assign.
