17.836.070 Parcel size. There is no minimum size for non-residential master parcels. The minimum size for a residential master parcel is five acres for medium and high density residential uses, and 10 acres for low density residential. Master parcels may be further subdivided into smaller master parcels, as long as the minimum size threshold is maintained. (Ord. 2017-0009 § 24)
