4-108-170 Violation - Penalty. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any person who violates any provision of Article II of this chapter or any regulation promulgated thereunder shall be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465; Amend Coun. J. 5-9-12, p. 27485, § 64)
