5.28.1780 Recording and filing. Each franchisee shall execute a document in a form determined by the cable television commission evidencing the franchise documents appropriate for recording in the office of the Sacramento county recorder, and a financing statement in a form determined by the commission for filing pursuant to the provisions of Sections 9401 through 9403, inclusive, of the California Commercial Code.
