§ 47-108.4.  Acknowledgments, etc., of instruments of married women made since February 7, 1945. All acknowledgments, probates and registrations of instruments wherein any married woman was a grantor, including deeds and mortgages on land, made since February 7, 1945, are hereby validated, approved and declared of full force and effect.
