Supervision of referendum by Commissioner -- Expenses The manner, conduct, and management of any referendum held under the provisions of KRS 247.7900 to 247.7928 shall be under the supervision and direction of the Commissioner, and all expenses in connection with the referendum shall be borne by the association conducting the referendum.
