9-112-180 Non-discriminatory practices. All licensees, taxicab affiliations, license managers, and license brokers must comply with all Federal, State and City non-discriminatory laws. Licensees may not discriminate against any potential or existing employees or lessees on account of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, or any other protected class.
