§ 26-8. Penalties. Any person who violates the provisions of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than $400, or both. (Ord. 90-561A; Ord. 89-375.)
