4-340-050 License - Fee. Every special policeman required to be licensed, other than a special policeman employed by the department of aviation, shall pay an annual license fee of $100.00, except that special policemen employed by charitable, religious, educational or other institutions not carried on for private gain or profit shall by specific ordinance pay an annual license fee of $10.00.
