15.32.020 Catchlines of sections. For the purposes of this chapter, and notwithstanding the provisions of section 1.04.060, the catchlines (or titles) of sections in this chapter shall be deemed to be part of such sections. (Ord. 2025-0031 § 10; Ord. 2022-0026 § 11; Ord. 2014-0001 § 11)
