15.32.030 Local amendments to the CRC. Subsection R308.1.2 is added to the end of the CRC Section R308.1 to read as follows: R308.1.2 Address Illumination. Addressing shall be illuminated at night in all new buildings. Address signs shall be internally or externally illuminated. When the luminance or the face of a sign is from an external source, it shall have an intensity of not less than 5.0 foot-candles. Internally illuminated signs shall provide equivalent luminance.
