Section PC 404: Accessible Plumbing Facilities 404.1 Where required. Accessible plumbing facilities and fixtures shall be provided in accordance with the New York city building code. 404.2 Accessible fixture requirements. Accessible plumbing fixtures shall be installed with the clearances, heights, spacings and arrangements in accordance with ICC A117.1. 404.3 Exposed pipes and surfaces. Water supply and drain pipes under accessible lavatories and sinks shall be covered or otherwise configured to protect against contact. Pipe coverings shall comply with ASME A112.18.9.
