14A-4-404.11.5 Coin-operated devices. Coin-operated mechanical amusement riding devices, installed on a permanent basis may not be permitted for a term longer than one year. Where a coin-operated mechanical amusement riding device is to remain at the same location for longer than one year, a separate permit must be obtained for each 1-year term.
