Sec. 13.76. Acceptance of Permit. The permittee of a spur track permit awarded under the provisions of this chapter shall file a written acceptance of the permit and agreement to comply with its terms and conditions with the City Clerk within ninety (90) days after the date of publication of the ordinance granting the permit, provided, however, that said acceptance shall be filed before any construction is started under the permit.
