4-244-120 Hours of business. No one licensee under this chapter shall peddle any article or thing in any public alley on any day in the week between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Any person who violates this subsection shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50.00 and not more than $200.00 for each offense. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any licensee under this chapter operating in accordance with Section 4-244-130. (Added Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465; Amend Coun.
