120.13a. Port commission; acceptance of gifts, grants or loan; approval. Sec. 13a. Each port commission may accept gifts, grants, loans or contributions from the United States of America, this state, local municipalities, foundations, any public or private agency or any individual. In port districts coterminous with a county or counties, such authority shall not be exercised without first obtaining the approval therefor by a majority vote of the members elect of the board of supervisors of each county wherein the port district is situated.
