Sec. 19.50. Limitations. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other ordinance, rule or regulation requiring the City Council, any department, bureau, board, office or agency to perform any act concerning Petroleum within a specified time, said time is hereby extended for the period of time the Board may keep the matter under consideration pursuant to this chapter.
