11-4-1450 Gas manufacturing residue. No person being a manufacturer of gas, or engaged about the manufacture thereof, shall throw, deposit or allow to run, or permit to be thrown or deposited into any waters, or into any sewer therewith connected, any gas-tar or any refuse matter of or from any gashouse, works or manufactory.
