SEC. 57.2003.1.1. WELDING AND CUTTING OPERATIONS. Whenever welding and cutting operations are conducted on an airport or in an aircraft factory or hangar, a Special Permit in accordance with Section 57.105.8 shall be obtained from the Chief and shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 35.
