SEC. 57.106.6.8. CHARGE FOR DUPLICATE PERMITS. Duplicate permits may be issued by the Office of Finance to replace any previously issued permit which has been lost or destroyed upon the holder of the permit or authorized representative filing an affidavit attesting to such fact and upon paying to the Office of Finance of a fee of $10.00 therefor.
