§ 24-07 Lead Agency Records/Agency Consultation. a. The Lead Agency shall maintain a single file containing copies of all Phase I ESA Reports issued pursuant to 15 RCNY § 24-05, together with the relevant Environmental Assessment Statement, Environmental Impact Statement, or other CEQR determinations made in connection therewith. b.
