14X-1-101.4 Occupancy of unsafe premises prohibited. A person may not occupy as owner-occupant or allow another person to occupy premises that are not in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition. A person may not offer to another for occupancy any premises that will not be in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition at the time of occupancy.
