430.55. Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 5. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, fined not exceeding 100 dollars, or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. 1929, Act 269, Eff.
