Sec. 6.127. Description. Except in the description in the Ordinance of Intention and in the Notices of Improvement, the District and which is to be assessed to pay for the costs of such work or improvement may be described generally by a designation or designations adopted in the report of the Board of Public Works, which designation shall thereafter be approved in the Ordinance of Intention.
