8.96.400 Lien or personal obligation. The cost of abatement and removal including all reasonable administrative and engineering costs incurred by the city as a result of any action taken pursuant to this article may be assessed as a lien against the property upon which the immediately dangerous building or structure was located and may be made a personal obligation of the property owner. The recovery of said costs shall be governed by the procedures provided in Article IX of this chapter. (Prior code § 50.10.1003)
