5-14-080 Waiver of rights in rental agreements - Prohibited. No rental agreement offered or entered into by an owner after the effective date of this chapter for a rental unit located in a foreclosed rental property may provide that a tenant agrees to waive or forego the rights and remedies provided under this chapter and any such provision included in a rental agreement is unenforceable.
