10.36.330 Regulation of stopping and parking horse-drawn vehicles in the Old Sacramento historic district. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, red zones in the Old Sacramento historic district shall be restricted to stopping and parking horse-drawn vehicles for the purposes of loading and unloading passengers or resting animals, not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes.
