14A-3-307.1.1 Relocation of residents. Where the building official orders a building to be vacated and closed under Section 14A-3-307.1, the building official may further order the owner to provide suitable housing for displaced residents of the building at the owner’s expense, until the building is deemed safe to reoccupy by the building official or a court of competent jurisdiction.
